I'm Hannah Jay Rees, and I'm on a mission to help women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) achieve their career aspirations and thrive in male-dominated industries. With a background in Information technology, I've witnessed both the challenges and opportunities that come with pursuing a STEM career as a woman. My goal now is to share my knowledge and advice to help other marginalised community members navigate the intricacies of their industries.

My Story
My journey in STEM has been a thrilling and demanding odyssey, one that has given me a profound understanding of the unique challenges women face in this field. I understand the depths of struggle. Just a few years ago, I was struggling with addiction, having recently been disowned from my family, I'd been assaulted by close family members and my current relationship and my entire world was falling aprt. That was the pivotal moment when everything changed.
I completely transformed my life, shedding the limiting beliefs that kept me stuck, small, and broke. I learned the tools I now teach to female leaders, combining science, transformational psychotherapy, business strategy, and ancient wisdom techniques to create wildly successful lives and businesses.
